Whether we are purchasing a home or an investment property, their attention to detail never changes. They are both the ultimate professionals, not to mention just all around great people.

Rick is who my wife and I primarily worked with, and he did not disappoint! We initially reached out during the winter months, and the market was HOT, coupled with very little inventory. Instead of just throwing anything at us, he met with us, in an attempt to understand what we were looking for and the boundaries of our purchasing decision. During our first meeting, we did find something that fit nicely, but was off the market faster than we could respond. Rick was honest about the volatility of the current market, and said to us, patience and we will find your perfect home. Much of the year passed, with updates every so often to evaluate how the market was moving. Then late summer, early fall, the market began to get a bit better, not as frenetic, with better inventory. Then finally, we get a email from Rick with a listing attachment. Living across the country, Rick offered to visit the property (as well as a couple of others for comparision) via a facetime call to walk us through the homes. He then circled back once again to walk us through one more look. Long story short, we made an offer on a home neither of us were in prior, but because of Rick's efforts to understand what we were looking for, coupled with his commitment to showing it to us through the world wide web to get us comfortable, we now have a winter retreat that we are very proud of!
